The American breakfast had good food and was served in a fabulous restaurant. the rooms were well-kept and we had an unforgettable stay during the last two nights of our 10-day trip to Italy. - the hotel is situated in a stunning and lovely location in a well-kept area.

Scrumptious and wonderful options for breakfast with superb food and the Imperial Lounge offering, for example. The rooms with three beds and Rome view, for instance, pretty friendly staff who was driving in second shift.

The venue is fairly clean with scrumptious and enjoyable breakfasts. The city views are fantastic.- There is plenty of delicious food available in the restaurant.- The building is extremely clean, with a particularly good location near the Vatican, the restaurant, and a palace.

The views over Rome are to die for, my favourite european city hotel. From arrival to departure the employees (excluding the catering staff) are more than accommodating and seem to go that extra yard to help
Very dissapointed with the service at breakfast, asked twice for milk that never arrived staff continued to chat about what they did the night before, Inga being the main culprit. Ate breakfast in the imperial room thereafter, much more attentive service although with a lot smaller choice. In my opinion the standards have slipped since i last came two years ago, but they are still superior to most top european hotels.

Thoroughly enjoyed how nicely appointed the property was and its genuinely professional staff who to a man and woman went out of their way to deliver a wonderful and faultless service. The pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the pool bar. I used wake up calls and ironing, it's free too.
Views appeared to be not very good.

The breakfast Buffet and the swimming pool
- The daily charge of 26 euros for connecting to internet in my room - the excessive charge of the minibar in the room - the charge of 20 euros to watch a DVD movie ( one viewing pays for the cost of the DVD) - the charge of 5 euros to listen to some music - the charge of 18 euros for a lounge chair at the pool - the cost of evrything. The price of a glass of Italian wine exceeds that charged by the top hotels in Hong Kong

The locaion is nice, sepcially with the city view rooms. Room service food is outstanding, staff are very friendly and helpful. Concierge service is oustanding specially with private tour guides.
A Nespresso machine would be a nice gesture to have in the room!

Good spot, clean room. Overall top-notch, but a few staff members were a bit unenthusiastic 😕.
